Refund & Cancellation Policy At TSL Careers, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences that are practical, relevant, and career-transforming. By enrolling in any TSL Careers program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Market Readiness Program

✓ 100% refund eligible — within 7 calendar days from enrollment date or after attending no more than one session (whichever is earlier). Refund requests made after this window, or after more than one session has been attended, will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Career Accelerator Program & Its Variants

Includes: Public Policy · Political Consulting · Analytics Track · or any combinations thereof ✓ 100% refund eligible — if the request is submitted on the same day as the first session. No refund requests will be entertained after the day of the first session. Clarity note: "First session" means the first scheduled session of the program — irrespective of whether the participant actually attends it. It does not mean the first session the participant happens to attend.

Policy Intelligence Track

✓ 100% refund eligible — if the request is submitted before or on the same day as the first session. No refund requests will be entertained after the day of the first session. Clarity note: "First session" means the first scheduled session of the program — irrespective of whether the participant actually attends it. It does not mean the first session the participant happens to attend.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, both of the following steps must be completed:

1 Send an email to connect@tslcareers.in with your registered name, contact details, registration date, and the name of the program.

2 Send a WhatsApp message with the same details to +91 92589 79350.

Requests will only be considered valid if sent through both of the above channels.

Refund Timeline & Mode

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or any applicable taxes will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Other Terms & Conditions

Enrollment cancellations prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund, subject to deduction of transaction charges (if any).

After the refund window has passed (as defined above), no refunds or cancellations will be processed under any circumstances.

Partial refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, delayed participation, or partial completion of the program.

Switching between tracks or programs is not permitted if it implies a refund, credit, or fee adjustment.

No refund will be available for enrollments done after program initiation.

TSL Careers reserves the right to make changes to program schedules, session structures, or faculty. Such changes will not be considered grounds for a refund.

By enrolling, the participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by this policy in its entirety.

Final Authority

In case of any disputes, ambiguities, or situations not explicitly covered under this policy, the decision of Rebounce Careers Pvt. Ltd. Management shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
